Fresh from recording in Melbourne with legendary award-winning producer Mark Opitz (AC/DC, INXS, Bad//Dreems), The VANNS have announced a brand new single titled ‘Operator’ from their forthcoming EP due early 2015. The good news keeps rolling, with the band celebrating in style by announcing a run of east coast shows this November. The VANNS have honed in on a truly unique sound, playing from their own instincts and creativity to produce ‘Operator’, a seriously fun track about living a reckless youth and doing what you love. Hailing from the New South Wales town of Kiama, The VANNS burst from the shadows of their rusty farm shed two years ago to deliver an infectious mash of blues and indie rock. 2014 has been a busy one for the three-piece outfit, with ‘Operator’ following up recent singles ‘Guilty Love’ and ‘Belmore Street’ from their EP 2.0. The VANNS are now set to embark on their own headline tour throughout November – bringing energetic shows full of light, shade and good vibes up and down the East Coast!
The VANNS’s new single ‘Operator’ is released digitally on Friday, October 24 via Inertia. Their new EP produced by Mark Opitz will be released in early 2015.
