Australia’s darling of slacker rock, Courtney Barnett has just announced a national tour in support of her forthcoming album Sometimes I Sit and Think, And Sometimes I Just Sit.
After a huge 2014 that involved countless shows and festival spots across the world, Courtney Barnett really made a name for herself as a stand out artists with her witty stream-of-conciousness lyrics.
The tour will come on the back of her successful performances as a part of the St Jerome’s Laneway Festival, a succession of shows across the UK this March as well as a showcase performance at South By Southwest.
General public tickets go on sale at 9am on Monday February 16, while exclusive pre-sales happen for both the Sydney & Melbourne shows from 9am Thursday February 12.
